All feedback received will be reviewed within a reasonable time period and we will take appropriate steps as needed to address any feedback provided.

Spring GDS Canada is committed to communicating with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their disability. We ensure our feedback process is accessible to persons with disabilities by providing or arranging for accessible formats and communication supports, upon request. In instances when this is not feasible, we will consult with the person making the request in determining an alternate solution that takes their disability into consideration.
